Telugu Upcoming movies on Netflix: American media services provider Netflix offers online add-free streaming movies and television series, documentaries based on subscription.
Netflix initially used to do DVD Sales and rental business by sending mail. However, it expanded its business in 2007 by introducing streaming services while keeping the DVD and rental business. It has its presence over 190 countries.
It offers its services in almost all countries except China, Syria, and North Korea. Today, it has more than 19crores paid subscribers all over the world.
The list of upcoming Telugu movies will be aired on Netflix platform:
1. Miss India
The Mahanati Fame and the National Award-winning actor Keerthy Suresh playing the lead role in Miss India movie. It’s made in both Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. It was directed by debutante Narendra Nath.
The movie was supposed to hit screens on April 17 in both Telugu states. However, it got postponed due to the corona pandemic. Apart from Keerthi Suresh Jagapathi Babu, Naveen Chandra, Rajendra Prasad, Naresh, Bhanushree Mehra, Poojitha Ponnada, Kamal Kamaraju, and Nadhiya are acting in this movie. As per sources, Keerthy Suresh has undergone weight loss for this movie as she is playing multiple roles in this film.
The music composer for this film is S. Taman. As the movie Title Miss India says, it is all about a young girl who aspires to becoming a beauty pageant and getting Miss India title. Jagapathi Babu is playing Keerthy Suresh’s’ grandfather ‘role. The film will be aired on Netflix. However, there is no official statement regarding the release date of the movie Miss India.
2. Cargo
Cargo is an Australian horror film based on a short film with the same name directed by Ben Howling. The movie is all about an infected father who got stuck in rural Australia post a horrible pandemic, hopelessly searching for food and home for his infant child, and finding ways to safeguard a child from his disease. Cargo garnered positive notes from movie critics.
The movie was nominated for the Best Film and Best Screenplay at the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Awards. The Cargo in the Hindi language will be aired on Netflix 9th September 2020.
