Movie Verdict

Superstars don’t need a brilliant story to make a film a smash hit because their followers are enough; yet, whether it’s a superstar or a debut hero, if the story is weak, the audience will brutally make the picture flop. After the huge success of Doctor, everyone was looking forward to Nelson’s next picture, and he delivered with Beast.

As we can see, the Beast tale isn’t terrific, but what worked in the film was the screenplay and the comedy set in a shopping mall. The film begins nicely with a gigantic hero in Vijay Thalapathy, but once the main story begins in the shopping mall, it becomes a little tedious at first, but the directors have cleverly managed to involve the character of Yogibabu, VTV Ganesh, in the story. The film’s intermission bang and climax worked out well.
Pooja Hegde’s character has limited scope, while Yogi Babu and others did well in their roles. Vijay as Veera Raghava is good, as we have seen him in such roles in many films, and his look was fairly decent in the film.
Director Nelson Dilipkumar did an excellent job and executed it flawlessly; as we can see, he always takes a serious subject and turns it into a comedy, and Beast is no exception; however, if you go to the movie expecting a Doctor-style comedy, you may be disappointed; there is comedy in the Beast, but not in the same way as Doctor. Most notably, he has selected a new setting for the film, with terrorists demanding the gold rather than their leader. That scene piqued my interest in the film.
Anirudh Ravichandran’s music is always a backbone for the film, and he has given a fantastic background score. Cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa has done a fantastic job in creating a brilliant visual, and Anirudh Ravichandran’s music is always a backbone for the film, and he has given a fantastic background score.
Finally, if you are a Vijay Thalapathy fan, Beast is a must-see film.
