Ugadi is 1st day of the new year considered by people of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka states of India. On the Day of Ugadi people wake before breaking the dawn and they will have a head bath. Once they took bath they will leave for the temple to offer prayers. After returning from the temple they start preparation of traditional dishes and authentic recipes. these people also decorate their house with flowers and new mango tree leaves.
